Inspired by the indulgent sun drenched world of Pastis, this handmade, super premium product marries the bitter flavours of earthy artichoke and woody gentian root with the floral notes of chamomile and the aromatics of star anise and fennel pollen.

Sip over ice with soda and garnish with a bay leaf.

Each bottle makes minimum 20 drinks.
